If you love authentic Chinese hotpot look no further. Happy Lamb has a ginormous store located in the heart of Mong Kok. It is two floors of hotpot greatness. Their menu is digital which is great for the environment. Service was quick and fast and the food was delicious. I was particularly amazed by the delicious spicy hotpot which was full of flavour and smells reminiscent of China. The food was relatively priced as it was beautifully presented and the dining experience was nice. This place is always full so I would recommend everyone to make a booking beforehand. Definitely well worth the wait, I will come back again soon. After paying the bill they give us a coupon to use next time.

Surprisingly tasty and good quality hotpot ingredients here. Very spacious and service is quite good. The tomato soup was really flavorful really no extra dipping sauce are needed. The amount of meat in 1 order surprised us. And even the skewer lamb was really good. Food and drinks are also reasonably priced. Recommend the tomato soup base and try the Truffle Lamb 滑, very good.

This is a place to spend $$$ and enjoy the food. Ordered the 清汤 n 酸辣汤, both were tasty and this restaurant do not serve condiments as their slogan is something like with good soup base, there is no need for condiments..n yes, the meats were tasty right out from the soup... 1) Sliced Iberico Pork Slightly below average as the meat was expensive but the cut was a bit rough/ chewy. The way they served/ presented the meat was nice though. 2) 4 kind of Lamb (四星报喜) 2 types were normal while the other 2 with a bit of smell...haha... But I enjoyed it, almost finished the whole tray by myself... 3) 油麦 Crispy and fresh but some of the veges not so nice looking... 4) ling ling 卷 Normal tt u can get in any super markets. 5) Beef meat balls Firm and chewy, nice texture. 6) Duck's blood Personally i tink tis is a must order...let it cook in the soup base for a period to absorb the taste then eat...heavenly.. 7) Fresh fish's maw Collagen concentration is super, this is another must order... Price is definitely not cheap but I'm not always here, just give it a try.. Overall, i like it, will visit again if I visit HK again...

Probably biggest hotpot. 3 floors. Delicious tasty. Lamb was good, variations of beef are good. This is a good one and spacious. Good for group.

Good quality hotpot we ordered the food via QR code, last order for food is 11pm and we can sit till midnight.

The weather is finally starting to cool down again in ????????HK after what felt like an extremely long summer; and soon winter will be upon us .. And what better meal to have other than a comforting hotpot dinner; and even better with warming Lamb meats! While doing my usual food hunts in Mongkok some months back, I stumbled upon this huge 3-storey restaurant named Happy Lamb Hotpot.. it looked impressive, Google reviews seemed solid and I made a mental note to eventually check it out - and this became last weekend! The quality of the meal was impeccable - mouth-watering tender grass-fed lamb, and when cooked in the delicious 8-hour bone marrow broth only made the broth richer and even tastier by the end of the meal.. The BBQ Mongolian Lamb Skewers were well seasoned and spiced too, almost on par with my favourite lamb skewers from Bayi in Sai Ying Pun.. Super great value for money, as the vegetables are available free-flow / all-you-can-eat as well.. But here’s the bonus that I learnt while researching for this write-up! I had thought that Happy Lamb Hotpot was a new local Hong Kong brand or perhaps an expansion of a franchise from the north.. As it turns out, it’s already quite an extensive global brand with over 100 locations in 11 countries - including a sizeable presence across the ????????USA! That’s some serious creds! Definitely check it out…

I dined here yesterday with my family of five, and I must say it's an excellent place to eat. We ordered the mixed meats consisting of lamb, pork, and beef, as well as the hot and spicy hotpot. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was incredibly fast, especially since everything is ordered via phone. I do wish the English menu had more English translations. While the staff was friendly, they had some difficulty with English, but it wasn't a major issue. The food was truly delicious, and the spicy hotpot was fantastic. When the bill arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money this restaurant offers. It's a delightful find in Hong Kong and has quickly become one of our favorite spots in Mong Kok. Thank you, and I can’t wait to come back!
